I'm currently modifying my emails for:

? wants to be friends, 

and ? just sent you an email message.

Are there tokens for the emails like [userid] (being sent the message) and [userid that sent the message].

I want to create specific links back to our site so all the user has to do is login and they will end up on the appropriate page.. like the following.

http://www.planetsocialsports.com/ActivityFeed/Messages/tabid/65/UserId/13834/Default.aspx

The userid in this url would be the userid of the person that was "sent" the message.  If i can pass this userid to the user that is getting the message then they can click on the link and be sent to their message page.. then all they need to do is login and they can see their messages.  (otherwise they have to click around and it's klunky)
