We've upgraded our development environment with DNN 6.2 Pro and are testing out the document library module.  The upgrade went fine after doing some SQL queries too allow the document library migration to complete.  

Host users can download files from the library just like they could before, but a standard user gets a small iframe with a message to click the download button to start the download process.  This change in behavior might be okay, except for the fact that the download button appears to be disabled and doesn't actually start the download.

Any clues as to what I might need to tweak to get this working?  I haven't changed permissions, but perhaps I need to?
