So I'm new to DNN and working my way through learning DNN 9. I've got a basic site stood up, made a custom registration page, and implemented the registration module. However, on a mobile phone (ios 11 Safari), the blue text box with the "Membership to this site is private..." warning text is wider than the screen, causing overflow issues.

I can't figure out how to make it look better, or even remove that box. Any suggestions?
