After an upgrade from 6 to 7, I am noticing major problems with the DNNEditor.

I am on 7.0.3 and the editor does not work at all. It loads, but the image sprites are very off and if I click any of the toolbar items or the content area, the page scrolls up. I think it's because a JS error is occurring because I'm missing something with the JavaScript.

Also, the site I'm working on uses DMX. How do I get the DMX button in the toolbar if things have changed with the editor?
