I am new in DNN architecture

I upgrade a dnn Site from Version 05.02.04 to 07.00.06 up gradation is successfully, but achieving a DNN ControlPanel issue, under control panel Iconbar and ribbonbar working but when we select controlbar there should not achieving a single functionality of control panel like editmodule, setting, addpage, addmodule etc. and page CSS is also changed.

if any one know about this issue plz help as soon as possible.
