I'm using the XSLT Dropdown template found here: http://www.dnngarden.com/Dropdown-template.T112.aspx. This template outputs 'selects' and 'options'. I'm using it for responsive design.

Currently, for child pages, the menu prepends a couple of non-breaking spaces to give it indenting. Problem is, apparently it the indenting doesn't show up well (if at all) on the iPhone. Also, I would like to be able to bold those items.

I would prefer to wrap the child pages in an 'optgroup' but my XSLT is weak. Does anyone have an example of how to do that? I think making some simple modifications to this Dropdown template should do the trick.
