My Question how can i Rewrite the generated SEO Friendly URL , existing url is http://www.turkishconstruction.com/company.aspx?companyName=XYZ I need rewrite to www.turkishconstruction.com/XYZ (Required for SEO)

Is there any way , I can do programmatically or can have other alternative ? Your Suggestion will be Highly Appreciated.
