After upgrading to DNN_Platform_9.2.0.366-777_Upgrade from DNN 8.0.2 my website is unreachable, dead in the water.
Fiddler shows HTTP/1.1 302 Found in the response header. I do have a 301 redirect and tried disabling it to no effect.

Anyone know how to resolve? since the site is dead, I can't login to configure anything.
