I upgraded a copy of an old site from 5.6.3 to 7.3.4 (with a couple of upgrades in between).  Everything seems to be ok, but I'm running into a weird issue with page permissions, and I wonder if anyone else has seen this.  The problem I'm having is that if I create a new page and want to make it viewable to all users, I can't check the "view" box in the page permissions without the "edit" box getting checked too.  Whichever one I check, it checks them both.  What could be causing this?  I just want to be able to view the page when logged out.  It's a testing copy of a site, not a live site, fortunately.
