There appears to be some very funky behavior with the out-of-the-box DNN 7.0 banner.  I have a clean local install of DNN 7.0. I  tried to move the banner to the about us page using the settings - move to page - and it did not move. When I went back to the home page the banners no longer displayed I just got a black rectangle with arrows. 

I then added a new html box to a page and copied the html code that was in the banner to the new module.  I had to deleted the broken one on the home page before I could get it to display properly.  I then repeated this process and added it back to the home page.  But now it has a strange "relationship" with another module on the page -- it has the featured product information.  If that module is not on the home page the banner will not display properly.  I know this sounds crazy - it is crazy, but true. Something weird is happening with the banner module and moving it from page to page.
