Hello DNNizens,

I have been providing dnn solutions for a couple years now but am at a place where my demand is beyond what I have the hours to accomplish.

What I want to discuss is where do you guys go to look for hiring contract work (specifically for module development) and what things do you consider when hiring someone.  

As I live and work in west canada, there are no DNN groups I can meet with so this work will likely need to be done remotely.

I appreciate any feedback you have on this topic and its one I would like to have one of the major players discuss in a blog.
