Hi everybody, I could use a little bit of help with a problem I'm having to do with custom errors on a website.

I set app_offline.htm to unload the website and I have set up a custom 503.htm file to show when I am doing an upgrade etc.

I have set up custom errors in the Websitepanel for my website for both 404 and 503 errors.

I have tried pointing them to: "file" 404.htm and 503.htm
and "redirect" to 404.htm and 503.htm

however it always seems to come up with a page different to what is being called up inside the custom errors tab inside Websitepanel.

I have tried using firebug to source what file is actually getting loaded but I am simply given the URL for the website itself.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
