Can anyone provide me with reference on how to do the following in DNN 6.2.4?

I want to create a custom module that on a page, a user can fill out his name and upload a file.  Then the system will email that and an attachment to myaddress@domain.com

There's  alot of documentation out there for DNN 5, but I can't seem to find one that's specific to DNN 6.2.4.
