Hi,

I have a new development laptop.  Windows 8.1.  I have it all configured for IIS, etc.  I've copied an existing development project to this new laptop and I'm getting a connection error in DNN. 

I know I have the right connection string because I created a simple web site in visual studio (non-DNN) on the new laptop using the exact same connection string and it works just fine...

Any ideas what may be causing this?  I'm using MSSQL Server 2012 express.  No issues with the non-DNN web app on this laptop - or with SQL Server 2012 Express on my other development laptop - also running Windows 8.1.
