I'm a DNN newbie and have no idea how to go about what I think should be a trivial task. I'd like to have a link on a page that opens a new window with an entirely custom HTML page. The page would have none of the site's header, menu, etc. In other words I would be in control of all of the HTML. Is this possible? If so, how?

As a next step, would it be possible to open said page from a menu item? If so, how?
