After a fresh install of DNN Community version 9.1.1 I am unable to access many of the Persona Bar Admin functions from Edge version 41.16299.15.0. After I put my browser in "developer" mode the console returns this error message:

HTTP401: DENIED - The requested resource requires user authentication. (XHR)POST - http://vminternal:4046/API/personaBar/UserSettings/UpdateUserSettings

This is despite the fact that i am logged in with the "Administrator" role. Possibly related, I am able to access the "Site Assets" link but I get an error message stating that the "anti-forgery" token cannot be decrypted. This happens in Chrome and IE as well, the key difference is that in Chrome and IE the issue is intermittent whereas in Edge I can reproduce this consistently. Any help is greatly appreciated!
