Researching CMS frameworks. I am wanting to create a site were a user will register. Once registered, the site will create a home page for the user. This will be the user's web site area where they will be able to upload, edit, and delete content.

I read about adding child sites. Is this feasible and is the child site scenario the method to implement this approach.

Basically, a main web site supporting multiple customizable web sites.
