I am having difficulty creating boxes located in the Features > Typography > Boxes short code.

The changes do not take effect and the colored bar, backgrounds, shadows, and colorlines do NOT show at all.

I had originally thought we had a color set to white in our skin settings but we do not have any accents set to show as white.

Is there something I am missing or a known issue with this? Thanks!
