Hi.

I'm looking for the best Form Module for version 6.  I'd like for the form to be able to send to multiple email addresses based on user input.

e.g. if user select option 1 4 and 5 - on submit it will be sent to email address 1 4 and 5.

if user select option 1 2 and 3 - on submit it will be sent to email address 1 2 and 3.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
