Banner module alignment stays left. How to align center or right?

Where ever I use the Banner module it will onlt align left. The center and right control is not setting. Have tried different skins inc. Dark Knight and makes not difference, have contacted the skin developer and they agree that it is a fault within the module.
DNN 7.1.2 but this issue has been happening for some time.
