So this is way bizarre and I'm currently at a loss for an explanation.  I was notified earlier today that users were unable to log into the site.  My initial reaction was to assume that they had forgotten their passwords.  Luckily, I keep these kinds of thoughts to myself and it was a good thing too, since it turns out that I cannot log in either!  It appears that no users can log in!  Additionally, users cannot retrieve their password as they get a message saying: "There was an error retrieving your password. No password was sent."

So I was assuming that there was some sort of problem with the authentication provider.  However, during troubleshooting I was able to create a new user.  That user is able to log in just fine!  I was also able to go into the DB and mark this new user as a superuser!  I was assuming that I could reset passwords since I now had a superuser logged in.  However, when I try to reset a user password I get the following message:  "There was an error setting the password. The password has not been changed."

I'm stuck currently so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!!

This is using the DNN Auth provider, and I'm running DNN 05.05.00.  I've been meaning to upgrade it for a while, but I've continually put it off.... :(
