Hi Good Day

 I've  enabled requiresQuestionAndAnswer to true in the webconfig, but now I cannot Add users.

When I open up the "Add new user" window, I see the following message:

"Your configuration requires the user to enter a Password reminder Question and Answer. This is incompatible with Administrators adding users, so has been disabled for this portal."

Can you please tell me how to get past this? I need to have the  requiresQuestionAndAnswer enabled and I need to Add New Users as well.
