Hello

I have upgraded a site following the recommended path from 5.8 and now have a site that only partially works.

Depending on the skin, the page settings link just refreshes the page; on other skins the ability to move modules has disappeared. 

Any suggestions how to rescue the site?

7.2.1 would appear to be a MAJOR change from 7.2.0 rather than a minor improvement.

On the trial site, following the recommended upgrade path, I get a dead site - see error below.
