I am new to the DNN platform. I need to redirect a dropdown menu link from the current page (internal) to a new page (external). I entered the new "URL (A Link to An External Resource)" & selected "Open Link in New Browser Window"

The revised link is working to go the page on the other site, but is not opening in a different window - thus taking people out of my site. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue? Could there be some other site setting that's overriding my change?
