    What error do you see? Did you copy your web.config from another installation after you completed installation?

    Why not setup a connector in O365 for routing and use the public IP address of your DNN instance? Or if you have access to the server that runs your site install IIS 6 SMTP engine and use that to forward mail to O365.

    DNN does not include anything like you ask for out of the box but if you have access to IIS on your server you can use the logs for analytics. Have a look here for IIS log analytics tools

    No, I think the information is just not yet updated. Though 2012 R2 is stable, Windows Server 2016 is that also. If you plan a new server get 2016. I use it also and I do not have any issues at all and that included SQL 2016.
