Hello All,

I have a module that I am popping out with the PopUpUrl utility.  Inside that module I have a tab navigator.  I am passing the hash value at the end of the url to tell what tab I want to be on when it opens, if I pass no variable or the variable for the first tab, all is well, if I pass a different tab id then the tab opens ok, but the pop up moves to the top of the screen and the top edge is off the screen and the page under the mobile pop up also scrolls up.  The nav bar with the close X is hidden when this happens, so I can only close by hitting escape.

Any ideas what might cause this?

When you open a popup the system expects to see  the popUp=true querystring parameter as part of the popup you have opened - if you are changing tabs in your own code using a tab navigator of some sort inside the popup window  -  then you would need to make sure the url that you are redirecting to includes &popUp=true as part of the redirecting URL.

This will ensure that the correct popup skin layer is loaded for example

Thanks for your reply,
The popUp=true is there, my link just includes a fragment like this example

Tab.aspx?popUp=true#tab-1

and that would show the tab titled "tab-1"

As a work around, I ended up not using the url fragment to set the active tab, instead I pass the tab index in the url and set it in the tab init script. Would still like to know why the url fragment option does not work though...
