Hi,

I have a new install of DNN 6.2.1. When in the HTML editor if you right click an image and select Properties the following shows in the popup dialg window:

This also happens if you have an image selected and click the Media Manager > Image Manager option. Funny thing is if I select an image and then choose Document Manger that loads OK, then if I close that and select Image Manager that also loads OK but only after opening and closing the doc manager first.

If I then click off the image and then reselect the image its back to 404 errors.

I don't think the later of these two scenarios is specific to this version of DNN however as I've seen the same issue in several versions but the 404 on the properties dialog window is a new one.

Any way to fix this in the version I have installed would be great. Thanks very much.

OK so I have 2 sites running DNN 6.2.1 on the same server, one loads the image properties dialog just fine, the other one is still broken. I'm at a loss as to what could be different but i notice also on the site that wont load the image properties it also deletes chunks of text sometimes when I inset a paragraph break. I've never seen DNN do this either so should I start with an upgrade to the very latest version?

OK I upgraded from 6.2.1 > 6.2.3 and this seems to have fixed the image properties 404 problem. I still get a 404 on the image manager if I try to open it when I have an image selected or if there are only images in the editor area.
