Hi,

After trying to customize the emails sent out by the events module, I see that there is a lot of reused components.  Is there any documentation showing the different components of an email that gets sent out by triggers (new event, reminder, etc.).  I'm trying to get a better view of all the pieces that go into an email so I can edit appropriately.  Any component that is reused across different triggers I will keep simple and generic.  Components that are specific to an event I can customize more.  I am used to seeing one email per trigger so you can easily customize the layout without unknowingly changing something that gets included in another email.

Thanks,
Kacie

Ok, I found it. One nice to have is a token to show the number of attendees a user signed up for so it can be referenced within the email.

Some of the tokens in the email are not working. I have the following that are consistently blank:

[event:signupusername]

[event:noenroleeslabel]

Ok, sorry another question.  I have this emailing going out to new users:

The event/enrollment for Event: [Event Name] on  Saturday, July 07, 2012 11:30 AM to Saturday, July 07, 2012 12:00 PM  - One time event - has been updated- Enrollment for user  has been approved

I can see where I can adjust the "- Enrollment for user  has been approved" part of the email.  Where is the first part coming from?  I have no need to say "one time event" and the "Has been updated" part is confusing.  I can't see to find where the template is for these other items.  Please advice.

Last question. I wanted to add a footer to the emails that says something like:

Thank You,
[Client Name]

Any text I add to the email Templates just shows up as text without any breaks. Is there a way to add a footer and add some hard returns to formalize the email more??

Thanks
