Was this supposed to be a reply to an existing thread?

Hi Chris, no it isn't, I was and still am having trouble posting the below (Lets hope it works here!)

Module vendors have the option of setting a module as premium in the .dnn manifest file but in our experience most don't (can't say I blame them for that).

As a result, in our shared hosting environment we need to either manually change the manifest file before installing third party modules or go and manually update

Lets see if I can get the rest?

these settings within DNN once the module is installed. With some module packages installing a dozen or more individual modules this can become time consuming and prone to error.

Is there any plans / or any reason why not that the "Is Premium" optionis not displayed within the extension installer (for modules only)? This could be displayed on the first page of information with the rest of the module details, the value could default to the value in the manifest file and the option given to the user to over ride this depending on the hosting scenario / preference.

Thanksin advance.

BradPurton.
