My store module was able to process payments as late as April 7, 2011 but as of Jul 14 it has not processed two payments via Authorize.net. In store orders, it two order show as "processing" but not "paid". There are no errors showing in the log viewer. Also when the confirm button is clicked once, three store orders with the same order number are sent. What is going on?

Thanks,

Marlon

Hi Marlon,

Could you specify which version of DNN and the Store module you use? If you don't use Store 3.0, please backup your DNN instance AND database, then try to install the last Store version.
Could you verify with Authorize.net if those orders have been submitted?
When an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer and another one to the store Admin. When an order is confirmed, the Store module send an email to the customer and one to the Store admin. Some payment gateway send another one to the customer and to the account owner.
Could you confirm than nothing has been changed in your config? Sometimes, smtp server sent twice (or more) an email if the destination server is not responding quickly enough.

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

I'm using DNN 5.6.1 with Store Module 2.1.36. I did change the checkout page setting of MyCart to "Force SSL at Checkout" for a page that already has https://. My Web site is on a shared server with a SSL certificate. This could be the issues.

Hi Marlon,

You should use the Store version 03.00.00, because a major bug with the Authorize provider is corrected. This bug avoid orders to be validated when more than one product is in the cart!
