Hi Gilles,

Where can I find information about ATOS working with Store 3.0?

Is it just that simple to fill the fileds in the store settings?

Thanks for your help.

Jean-Christophe

Hi Jean-christophe,

Your name sound like a French one! :-)

If you read French, please read this post for a workaround about the Atos Provider. Otherwise, I will guide you here in English.

Dear Gilles,

Would you be so kind to repeat this guide about connecting to Atos in English?

I live in Norway and am going to use Atos for my Internet-shop. As far as I understand, Merchant ID will be among data of my future Atos-account or what is called. But how should one work with two other points – PathFile Folder (Load PathFile) and Bank Logo?

And if it is possible could you please tell where one should buy this connection to Atos? Is it atosworldline.com or any other of atos-sites? It is not quite clear with the procedure of getting connection to Atos provider.

Thanks a lot in advance, sincerely yours, Andrei.

Hi Andrei,

Normaly, you can't get an account directly from Atos, because Atos Origin is a payment kit provider for banks. I don't know in Norway, but in France almost all major banks use this payment kit. The classical procedure is to subscribe to an on line payment system with your bank, then they provide you the bank 's kit (it's just the Atos kit re-branded) with a certificate for your company. You should contact Atos Origin to know which banks in Norway use their payment kit. While digging with Google for Atos Origin in Norway, I have found than their activities have been acquired by WM-Data which has been acquired by Logica Sweden.

Prepare your server:

  1. Install the bank's kit. DO NOT install it inside the DNN folder instance, the typical place is C:\BankKitName!
  2. Copy the files request.exe and response.exe from the folder C:\BankKitName\payment\bin to the bin folder of your DNN instance.
  3. Create a folder named SIPS inside your portal folder (e.g.: ..\DNNInstanceFolder\Portals\n\ where n is the portal number).
  4. Copy the folders log and param from C:\BankKitName\payment\ to your portal SIPS folder.
  5. READ the bank's kit documentation to know how to use and configure the files from the param folder.
Because a bug discovered after the last release, you have to apply the following steps before being able to use the Atos SIPS provider.

Prepare your portal:

  1. Login to your website as host.
  2. Go to Host > SQL
  3. Paste the following command in the text box, replace n by your portal number, check 'Run As script' and click on 'Execute'

    UPDATE {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}Store_Administration
     SET GatewayName = N'AtosProvider'
     WHERE (PortalID = n)

  4. Restart DNN!

Prepare your store:

  1. Login to your website as host.
  2. Go to the page where is placed the Store Admin module.
  3. Select the AtosProvider in the 'Payment Gateway' setting.
  4. Enter your Merchand ID
  5. Select the PathFile folder (your SIPS folder).
  6. Select the bank logo.
  7. Update your settings.
If you follow my advices, you should be able to use the Atos Provider! :-)
