Same here  Exception started after an upgrade from 5.4.4 to 5.6.2.

The bug was logged in Gemini on 23rd March but has still not been assigned to anyone - please vote for it if you want to get this problem fixed.

Hi,

I see that the issue has been finally resolved, but how do we apply concretely it to dnn 5.6.x? Anyone done that yet?

I realize that this may not be the popular answer in all situations, but the right answer is to upgrade your DNN installation to the most recent version to receive the fix.  It is never a good idea to modify the core code for any framework.

Hi Will,

I would have done it already, but in this case upgrading means going to 6 (or 7) and at the moment, due to complex (read nightmare) modules such as Catalook, Apollo PL, DNNMasters SEOUP, it is virtually impossible. I will stay on 5 for the foreseable future and therefore I need to solve this long standing issue on this release.
Who could give me some directions, please?

Franco
