Thanks for your answer  , but I rather to   remove it from program ! can you tell me where exactly can I remove it from program ?

generally you should avoid modifications of the code, this will guarantee you an existing upgrade path for future versions. In this case, the copyright message is displayed by the skin and you can remove it by modifying the skin that will only be overwritten if you use one of the default skins.

Skins that are applicable for the whole installation are placed in /portals/_default/skin/<skinname> and portal specific skins are situated in folder /portals/<portalID>/skin/<skinname>. You need to alter <Skinname>.ascx for your purposes.
