Greetings! I just did a fresh install with DNN 4.0.3 and it looked as though everything went well, until I attempted to log in and I cannot access the site at all. Any suggestions out there about how to remedy this issue? Should I just delete the site and start over (for the third time)??

Windows Server 2003 x64 Dell PowerEdge Dual Core Pentium 3.
.net 2.0(x64), SQL Server 2005 Standard 1 Processor License.

I am having the exact same issue. I just did a fresh install of 4.03 on my new server. Everything seems fine. The site opens with all the modules. However I can't login. It just keeps coming back to the home page. No Errors at all. I thought it might be Internet Explorer's security settings. I set everything to LOW but it still didn't login. I then tried Firefox to rule out the browser and it gave me the same result. If I put in the wrong password it just hangs. The right password goes back to the home page.

Since I am just setting the server up I decided to install the full version of VS 2005, Install using the starter kit with a fresh db just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Again everything installed successfully and the site opened without issue. I still couldn't login!

I'll do the usual Trial and Error but I hope someone has been through this and has an answer! I will post any solutions! tharris@9d.com
