No you can't. This feature has already been requested by another user. I will not add it in the next beta versions. This feature could highly impact performance because I have to test roles before displaying each product. I know that you want for the categories, but if I add for categories, probably some users will complain to do this for each product! :-)
Currently I'm in a new beta cycle, I want to produce a stable version before trying to add such kind of feature because it require a lot of tests.

Same request: we have to show categories based on roles, because we have "standard" users and "resellers", the resellers have different product and prices. I understand your performance consideration, but we are thinking to move to another dnn store module, this feauture is very important if you have a complex sell structure. Another feauture (similar) is the "coupon" management, where you create a code and give it to users, when they buy something they can type the code and receive a discount.
