Just to make this clear again. The original provider shipped with DNN does what you want, loading all css files. In most cases this is pretty useless and slows down the editor. As you certainly know, most things in the css files will not be needed at all in the editor. That's why our provider only uses one dedicated css file that - for the sake of simplicity - one can import per @import into the main skin.css file. This gives you one central css file per skin whre all editor and content relevant styling can be done.
