Could this be the problem?

-The menu is inside the packages, if you first install one package with the menu in it, for the second you get an error that the menu is already installed.

-Normally you should be able to force the installer to install anyway, did you try that?

Doug, I wrote a blog that discusses the 'already installed' issue: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/B.... This also informs people of the skin packages where they could see this potential 'usability' issue in the installer. Also, I downloaded the skin packaged (double checked its contents)  and did a test install and things are working as they should be.

Thanks for all the help. I was able to get ALL installed. I had to use various methods including the install resources method. I have a dnn installation that has all the contest skins!
