Export Blog content as XML to Wordpress or Blogger

I need to export my blog content as an XML file so I can import the content into Wordpress or Blogger.  I have been unable to find information on how to do this.  Does anyone know how to do this or have information on how to do this?

We did this this way:

1. Upgrade the DNN blog module to 4.0.0
2. Go to module options for the blog, and remove the limit of posts in the RSS feeds.
3. Enable "body in syndication" option in module options.
4. Pull up the RSS URLs for your blogs, and append "?body=true" to the URL.
5. Download these URLs using a download manager or something.
6. Import the resultant XML into Wordpress, using the Import RSS functionality.
7. Tidy up your posts.

I know this is an older post but I need to export from the core blog module (v3.05.01) on a DNN 4.9.5 site to a 7.0 site we are building that will use a new blog module.

My question is - do you know if I can upgrade to blog module 4.0 on a 4.9.5 site? The site is live (and big!) so I do not want to rip up the blog module.

Hi Will, according to the CodePlex page, Blog 4.0.0 requires a minimum DNN of 4.6.2, so should be OK http://dnnblog.codeplex.com/releases/...
