I want staff to be able to add and edit their own events, but I do not want them to be able to edit other staff events and I do not want them to be able to change the module settings (or accidentally delete the module altogether).  Is this available and I'm just missing it?

Thank you!

Sharlyn

Hi Sharlyn,

Just give your users edit permissions to the module, and they will be able to add/edit their own events (subject to any moderation you may have enabled). They will not be able to change module settings.

Only page editors (i.e. not module editors) can edit module settings. And admins of course.

Cheers
Roger

Hi Roger,

Thank you!  I really thought I did this and that my staff were able to edit the module settings and delete it, but I tried again after your reply and it all looks right.  Thank you for your post!

Sharlyn
