I had a problem deleting the Store_Orders table from the database and it seems that it has a foreign key to itself, literally

Primary Key Table:  dnn_Store_Orders

Primary Key:  OrderID

Foreign Key Table:  dnn_Store_Orders

Foreign Key:  OrderID

Is that supposed to be there?  If it is, then why?

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

Normaly, there are only two foreign keys related to the Store_Orders table: FK_dnn_Store_OrderDetails_dnn_Store_Orders and FK_Store_Orders_Store_OrderStatus! It look like a bug, because there is no reason to use this kind of foreign key. This relation has been introduced in the 02.00.00.SqlDataProvider, I will correct this in a future version.

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

I'm going to correct it for my version of the store module.  Do you want me to send you the script?

No, thank you. It's simple to do, it's not like a big patch! ;-) If you want, you can add a issue to Gemini, then everyone will be informed about this bug and I will be able to track them for the future version.

Thanks, Gilles
