I am creating a site where authorized users are only allowed to register users for access. Once the user is registered, the user will have to be verified before authorized to login.

I see lots of post to turn off registration using Site Settings > Advanced > Security > set to none. The problem is I am not sure how to access the registration once they are logged in?

How would i disable registration for only unauthorized or not logged in users?

Out of the box, DotNetNuke supports registration either by the user himself (free, verified or moderated) by an administrator.

for all other scenrios, you need 3rd party components or a custom solution.
