I'd like to customize a registration page on one of our portals. I have some info in an SQL DB that I need to check aganist before the user can register. How can I do this?

I don't know for sure, but I am not aware of a feature like that which you can configure.

Options:

  1. edit the source code yourself/create your own login module
  2. use Open Web Studio and its capabilities to develop your own login module with your custom sql validation
  3. Do your own "after registration" processing. Set the redirect in your User Info section of each portal to a page that runs your code and validates against your SQL, then sets userportals.authorised field based on them passing/failing your test.
