We are using the latest version of Gumbosoft's Ajax Tabs on a site we have in development.  We are using DNN 04.09.04 and AJAXTABS 05.07.02.  

The pages with the Gumbosoft AJAXTAB modules on them do not load the modules consistently in Firefox or Internet Explorer.  Firebug reported the following Javascript Error:  

throw Error.invalidOperation(TabControlToolkit.Resources.Tabs_OwnerExpected);}\r\n
 
When this error is thrown, the area where the AJAX Tabs are supposed to be is completely blank.  Sometimes clearing the cache or hard refreshing will cause it to load, but we cannot expect the end user to repeatedly refresh or clear their cache in order to view the page content.
 
Has anyone found a solution/fix for this issue.  I have contacted Gumbosoft several times via their online support form and via email, but have received no response from them.  We are very close to launching this site and would like to resolve this issue a.s.a.p.
 
Any help/suggestions for fixing this issue or for getting Gumbosoft suppor to respond would be appreciated.

UPDATE:  I did get a response from GumboSoft and they sent me an updated/fixed version of the AJAXTABS module within two days.  The module is working better, but it is still occassionally getting the same error referenced above.
