DotNetNuke is not providing any  Video Module. So you have to look for some third party modules

Its rather easy to get a video in DotNetNuke.

If  you have rel 5. Just combine these two project at codplex

Video player http://sl2videoplayer.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=21749

and

DNN Silverlight Media module http://dnnslmedia.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=30319

put the VideoPlayer.xap in the root of the portal (or a folder in the root)

Install the Media module

And put the values in settings

in Init Params m=yourmovie.mov  and you are running the video.
