We have installed DNN 4.9.2, on our server (Windows 2003). We have added a module that displays Crystal Reports. A page is added to the portal, the module is inserted on the page and it references a crystal report. The problem is that images in the crystal viewer are returning broken links. We have installed 3 other portals using this module with no issues. When I look at the properties of an image in an existing DNN installation using this module the url for the image is something like...

http://portal.bcs.com/aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers115/prompting/images/button_left_normal.gif

In the current installation the url being generated that has the broken link is...

http://portal.bcs.com/bcsportal/Reports/CommitmentLedger/tabid/aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers115/prompting/images/button_left_normal.gif

I do not know what is generating the extra text in the URL identifying the Virtual Directory name (bcsportal) and the pages in the portal where the report has been added, (Menu Reports, Page CommitmentList).

Help very much appreciated.

I fixed the problem by turning off the Friendly URL setting in the Host Settings.
