Problem solved, I have temporarily disabled the antivirus, I run again the upgrade procedure (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryId/1459/Upgrading-DotNetNuke.aspx) and now everything works ^-^

Thanks

Hello,
The problem is still alive for me. Control panel is still visible for me, and anonymous users can add new modules on every pages!

When I edit one page settings, I can see than update permission is granted to everybody, with the 'lock' symbol that I cannot change. This is an inherited permission I think, but where can I change this?

Thanks for your help! IT'S URGENT!

you need to enter database, table portals and make sure, registeredUsersRoleID and administratorsRoleID point to the proper record in Roles table.

Cheers from Germany,
