Changes to date...

In order of impact!

• Changed the EventsGetByRange sproc to get the recurrence information that was previously retrieved by calls to EventsGetRecurrences. The call to get recurrence information was happening in many places - direct in the view processing and in the token replace logic - so was having a severe impact on performance when there were many recurring events
• Removed need to call EventsGet in List/Day/Week views to enable tooltip. Built tooltip via main processing, rather than in the row build events
• Passed FolderName into token processing to remove need to retrieve via GetDesktopModuleByName.
• Reduced need to retrieve notification info in Day view
• Reduced requirement to re-retrieve event when saved to db via EventsSave - biggest impact is in the upgrade routine
