Hey there guys, Am using the Chat module on a website I've created with DNN 4.9.4 and have hosted it locally using IIS on my own system. The problem is that the chat module works properly when opened up with Internet Explorer and seems fully functional, but with Google Chrome it continuously displays a message in red saying - Error: Cannot call method 'getAttribute' of undefined I presume it might be some sort of compatibility issue since the thing works properly with IE but not with Chrome. I have personally not checked it out with other browsers and do hope for a solution soon from you guys. Cheers !!! Gokul Guruprasad

 I wonder if you found a solution. I discovered the exact same issue with my installation of 4.09.03

I'm encountering the same problem using Safari.  It works with IE and Firefox though.  I'm creating a site for the general public, so it really needs to be cross-browser compatible.

 Nopes... not found a solution yet... am waiting for the developers to sort out the issues and get back to us with a solution.

If you guys have found any workarounds, please let me know...
