I'm using Paypal for payments in my store module.  I'm verified etc....  When someone goes to checkout and they click the button to go to PayPal the screen that comes up is the "Return To Merchant" screen in Paypal and they cannot complete the checkout procedure.  When I tested this using the sandbox everything worked flawlessly.  Not sure where the problem is originating???

Hi,

Normaly it should works!? I use only sandbox the create and test the provider. Can you ask PayPal support about this problem and tell us if it's a problem related to the Store module?

Gilles

After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

It's Probably because of the Order number.

paypal don't allow to process orders with order number that were before.

it probably you reset your Order Num. and your Paypal Business account is not new and if you check in your Paypal account you'll find this Order Number in  the History Transaction.

what you can do:

1) reset the Business account on  Paypal  (will delete all past transaction - not sure this is what you want)

2)  reset the Order number that Store module is sending to something Bigger that will not be a conflict with Previous Orders in Paypal.

this phenomena happens also in SandBox - happened to me

hope this help.

zahi.

Hi Zahi,

I agree with your comment! But some month ago PayPal display an error message in this case. May be they have changed something? You can read this post to change the seed number in the Store_Orders table.
