Hey all, we're using the latest 5.0.0 beta. When a user clicks on an event in any of our calendars, they're required to login to see the event details. All the pages are using normal "all users view" permissions, so I'm a little puzzled. Any ideas?

You have me lost on this one. What version of DNN are you using?

Roger

 We're using 4.9.0.

The only thing that I thought might be related is the container name as a URL querystring. I don't know if this is a 5.0.0 beta thing, or if this behaviour was the same before (I don't recall). Our URLs look like this (note that we have URL Master friendly urls in place):

Hi,

The container thing is new in 5.x. However, I tried accessing your site without it, and still got the logon prompt. Did the module work previously to 5.x? Or is this a new install?

I suspect it may be because the calendar you are actually entering the events onto, is on a secured page. I'll check to see if the logic is working correctly, but it will take few days, because I'm away diving this week-end. However, I suspect it will work, if you unsecure those pages, even if they remain on a hidden page.

Cheers
Roger
